  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may still be eligible for a return or refund as per our return policy.

- Order Cancellation by SHG Technologies Private Limited:

  • We reserve the right to cancel an order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or any other unforeseen issues. In such cases, we will notify you via email or phone, and the full payment will be refunded to your original payment method.




2. Return Policy

- Eligibility for Returns:

  • We accept returns only if the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or does not meet the specifications mentioned on our website.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 or 15 days of receiving the product.
  • The product should be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

- How to Request a Return:
