Contact information: We collect information that you provide to us when you register, when you contact us for support or feedback,
such as your name, email address, phone number, message content, emergency contact name, and emergency contact phone
number. By providing your user registration details, you agree to share this information with SHG Technologies
Private Limited without any objections or issues.

Images acquired/taken by your SVG Device: We may collect with your consent, images
taken by your SVG device in order to help us support, analyze or improve the application.
- Face Data: If you use facial recognition features, we may collect and process facial data solely for authentication or app functionality. This data is stored securely on your device and is not shared with third parties.
- Face Store Mode: Users can store faces with associated names. This feature allows the app to recognize and announce stored faces in the "Things Around You" mode. Stored faces remain on the device and are not shared externally. Users can delete stored faces at any time.
How do we use your information?
We use your information for the following purposes:

functionality and performance of our application, to personalize your experience, to enhance
the security and reliability of our application, and to fix bugs and errors. We also use this

- For Face Data: Used solely for authentication and recognition in "Things Around You" mode. Stored locally and deletable by the user.

required to do so by law or if we believe that such disclosure is necessary to protect our
rights or property, or the safety of ourselves or others.

Donors/Donor Organizations: If your SVG device was given to you by a donor or donor
organization, then we will share your usage information with these donors and donor
organizations. NOTE: If you have purchased an SVG device directly from us, we will not
share this information with any other 3rd parties.
How do we protect your information?
We take measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration,
or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot
guarantee the absolute security of your information. You are responsible for maintaining the
confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.
How do we respect your choices?
You have the following choices regarding your information:

Access and update: You can access and update some of your information through the
settings menu in our application. If you want to access or update any other information that

Opt-out: You can opt-out of receiving promotional emails from us by following the
unsubscribe link in the email.

Delete: If you want to delete information that we have about you, please contact us at
support@shgtechnologies.com. Please note that deleting your information may affect the
functionality and performance of our application and might require that you stop using our
application and device. Users can delete stored face data directly within the app.
Google User Data Access Disclosure
Our application integrates with Google APIs to enhance user experience.
If you choose to sign in using your Google account and grant Gmail Read-Only permissions
(https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly), we may access the following Google user data
strictly with your explicit consent:
- Google Profile Information: Name, email address, and profile picture (for account identification).
- Gmail Read-Only Data: We access your inbox to read your last unread email only when you request the app
to "read my mail." We do not modify, delete, send, or manage your emails.
How We Use Google User Data
Google user data is used strictly for the following purposes:
- Authentication: Allowing you to sign in and verify your identity using your Google account.
- Reading Your Email on Request: When you ask the app to read your mail, we fetch your last unread email
and read it aloud to you. No other emails are accessed.
- No Background Access: We never read emails automatically or without your explicit action.
We do not use Google user data for advertising, marketing, profiling, analytics, or any unrelated purposes.
Google User Data Sharing Disclosure
We do not share, sell, transfer, or disclose any Google user data (including Gmail read-only data) to any
third parties, except:
- Service providers who process data securely on our behalf (e.g., hosting and cloud infrastructure).
- Legal requirements when required by law enforcement or applicable regulations.
No Google data is shared with advertisers, donors, partners, or any external organizations.
Google User Data Protection Disclosure
We apply industry-standard security measures to protect all Google user data, including:
- Encryption in transit (HTTPS)
- Encryption at rest on secure servers
- Restricted access limited only to authorized personnel
- OAuth 2.0 secure authentication using Google's recommended best practices
We do not store the content of your Gmail messages on our servers.
Emails are processed temporarily and discarded immediately after fulfilling your request.
Google User Data Retention & Deletion Disclosure
Google email data is not retained by our application. It is accessed only momentarily at the time
you ask the app to read your mail and is not stored, saved, or backed up.
You may request deletion of all your account-related data or disconnect your Google account at any time by contacting us at
support@shgtechnologies.com.
Upon deletion request:
- Your Google account connection is permanently removed.
- No email content is retained.
- All associated Google authorization tokens are revoked.
You may also revoke our access to your Google data directly from your Google Account at:
https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices or
applicable laws. We will notify you of any material changes by posting a notice in our application or
